We are easyCE. We handle the CE marking for you, together with you.
We are familiar with the specifics you need to consider for the CE marking of your machinery. Our method will get you the CE marking in just 3 steps.
Not only machinery require CE marking under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG, but also interchangeable equipment, safety components, and lifting accessories, etc
The central task is to define the intended use of the machine, be familiar with and consider all relevant standards, and conduct a risk assessment. Very often, this is associated with an evaluation according to the Low Voltage Directive (Niederspannungs-RL) and EMC Directive (EMV-RL).
If you have any questions regarding CE marking, we are here to assist you.

Always responsible for the creation and proof of the CE marking, except in exceptional cases!
If you manufacture or plan to manufacture machinery, we advise you to familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations beforehand. Consider the framework provided by standards, especially the Machinery Directive, during the development phase to avoid the extra effort of adaptation for compliance. As a manufacturer, you can ensure a streamlined and efficient conformity assessment process by using only CE-marked components in your machinery. As a distributor, bear in mind that a correct user manual in the respective language of the country is a crucial part of product conformity. While a manufacturer doesn't necessarily have to be the distributor, for competitive reasons, it's always advisable for manufacturers to offer only machinery that have obtained CE marking. The responsibility for creating the CE marking lies with you as a machine operator in some cases. Operators always have the obligation to provide CE proof!
As a machine operator, you might be responsible for the CE marking. Particularly, when combining individual elements or machinery, there is an obligation for you, as the operator, to affix the CE marking to the resulting assembly. Even if operators manufacture products for their own use, they are still responsible for the CE marking because operators must ensure that their employees work with compliant and safe products. In most cases, the responsibility for providing evidence of the CE marking for machinery lies with the exporter.
If you are exporting machinery to a country within the European Economic Area, and the machine is transferred to your customer only after import, the responsibility for the CE marking lies with you. Be prepared to demonstrate product compliance with all applicable regulations to customs and other supervisory authorities. If you are exporting a machine to the United Kingdom, we are happy to assist you with the mandatory UKCA conformity."The responsibility for providing evidence of the CE marking lies with the importer in most cases.
If you import machinery from a non-EU country into a European Economic Area country, you are responsible for ensuring that the machinery bear a CE marking and comply with all applicable directives and standards. You must be able to demonstrate this to customs and other regulatory authorities; otherwise, the import may be halted at your expense. Therefore, before importing, it's crucial to obtain from the manufacturer all necessary documentation regarding all product components and evidence of correct conformity assessment. Keep in mind that a correct user manual in the respective language of the country is also part of product conformity.More about our projects, references and history

easyCE supports the entire conformity assessment process, including risk assessment up to the final, ready-to-sign declaration of conformity for conveyor machinery. Due to numerous moving machine parts and associated risks of entanglement and crushing, particular attention had to be placed on user safety.
Considering: 2006/42/EG, 2004/108/EG, 2006/95/EG, EN 620, EN 618:2002+A1, EN 617 2001+A1, etc.
easyCE supports the entire conformity assessment process, including risk assessment, up to the ready-to-sign declaration of conformity for laser marking machines. The potential hazards posed by laser beams during machine operation and the classification of laser classes were particularly intensively examined.
Considering: 2006/42/EG, 2014/30/EU, DIN EN 60825-1 etc.
easyCE supports the entire conformity assessment process, including risk assessment, up to the ready-to-sign declaration of conformity. Furthermore, EasyCE assists with various tasks related to occupational safety. In addition to the regular requirements for machines, particular attention was given to user safety due to the high risk of crushing and cutting hazards to upper limbs. The constant handling of drawing oil emphasized the importance of occupational safety.
Considering: 2006/42/EG, 2014/30/EU, EN 13675:2010-10 etc.
